We are aiming at meeting your requirements, and providing you high performance printed circuit boards (PCB Board), and in order to service you better, we also provide service for components sourcing, PCB assembly and SMT stencil production. One-stop-service can help to save your cost and energy efficiently; we will do those for you.

If there do have any problems, we will help with you to resolve it in time; and if you are not satisfied with the PCB boards you received from us, then please inform us in time, and you can have two choices for this kind of problems: one is we reproduce your boards without any additional charge; another one is we refund your cost excluded the shipping fee. You can contact with the related salesman who service for you all the time, and they will provide you proper service for this issue. Anyway, we wish you will be satisfied with our service and products, and we will response for all our products and service as well.

You may be interesting about our payment terms: usually we accept payment via PayPal, West Union, T/T, L / C (this will have a minimum value limitation due to the high related cost). For new customers, we will handle as 100% advance, and after we have a stable cooperation and your order amount reaches a certain level, we can do monthly payment as well. We do not have MOQ, and the minimum order quantity is 1pc, so you don’t need to worry about the large order quantity, and can test your design and also our quality and service with worthy cost.

For lead time, we can finish production for sample orders in 3-5 days, and for mass production, it will depend on your order volume, normally 5-7 days. For any urgent orders, please inform us during the quotation, and then we can check and feedback you our quickest delivery date in time, to make sure that’s what you want, and won’t waste your time for waiting.

About delivery method, we deliver your cargos by DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS, and if you have any special request about the delivery, then please talk to our sales team in advance as well. We will check the price and delivery lead time for you and make sure you can get them smoothly and with a lowest cost.
